Our program provides a customized, evidence based approach to manage your disease, focuses on preventing exacerbations and works towards improving outcomes.
This program is recommended for prevention and management of the following medical conditions:

This is a 12 week long program. During your first visit, our physician will do a complete assessment and provide recommendations for managing your chronic medical condition and weight as necessary. Your visits will be as follows:
- Medical evaluation and at least 2 medical follow-up visits
- Weekly mindfulness meditation classes which help you manage stress and anxiety
- Monthly cooking classes which show you how to cook healthy meals
- Weekly group weight loss sessions as necessary which focus on behavioral, exercise and dietary topics
