What is Lifestyle Medicine?

Lifestyle Medicine is an evidence-based approach—including a whole-food, plant-predominant diet, regular exercise, adequate sleep, stress management, and avoidance of risky substances—to prevent, treat and sometimes reverse chronic disease.

Who should join the program?

This program is for any person 18 years or older who has health problems or would like to prevent health problems including but not limited to cancer, diabetes, hypertension, auto-immune disease, anemia, gout, obesity, overweight and high cholesterol.

Our Program:

Our lifestyle management program empowers you to manage your weight, health problems and habits by incorporating diet, exercise, stress and sleep management goals within your daily schedule.
- The initial program is for 8 weeks. Doctor visits may be in person or virtual.

- Your first visit will be a history and physical exam with the doctor. This will include weight and BMI measurements, and discussion on health problems and habits. She will do blood-work as necessary and provide recommendations. You will follow-up with her  monthly or as necessary.

- Next you will see our dietitian virtually twice monthly who will give you recommendations on a customized diet plan.

- Our lifestyle coach will assess and reassess your customized goals of diet, exercise, stress, and sleep management during virtual weekly consultations.

- You may purchase boxes of our handmade protein bites and healthy bars.

- You may continue the program on a month-to-month membership, so you can stay connected and continue to work on your health goals.
