Cooking Class – Gluten Free Fare

Are you confused because you don’t know what foods contain gluten or if it’s even possible to totally eliminate it from your diet? Join Chef Scott as he prepares three gluten free dishes that will increase your comfort level for preparing delicious, nutritious, and easy meals completely void of gluten.
Recipes include:
  • Ants Climbing a Tree:   This classic Chinese recipe combines cellophane noodles with a delicious, balanced sauce with carrots and a surprise ingredient!
  • Quinoa and Wild Rice Cutlets:   A versatile, flavor-packed vegetarian dish that can be served as an appetizer, with a salad, or on a gluten-free bun as a replacement to a traditional hamburger.
  • Gluten Free Date Cake:  A very easy recipe for preparing a nutritious date cake that is great for breakfast, dessert, or a mid-day energy boost.
